On the basis of calculations to establish the relative cost per case offered by the OTP as compared with a locum working for the same service, we have been able to demonstrate that we can offer a superior level of service at considerably less than half the unit cost of employing a locum. Our case by case prices also represent a 30% saving on fully employed OT Services.
