The Occupational Therapy Partnership (OTP) is a Social Enterprise Company established in 2001. Our aim is to promote independence for people with disabilities at home and in the community by providing exemplary Occupational Therapy Services to Social Care Organisations, the NHS, charitable / voluntary organisations, Housing Providers and the general public.

Eastlight Community Homes
The Occupational Therapy Partnership has been providing a fully comprehensive OT Service to Eastlight Community Homes for 1 year and previously for Greenfields Community Housing for more than 8 years before they merged with Colne Housing to become Eastlight Community Homes. We have, in cooperation with Eastlight (Previously Greenfields) created an outstanding Aids and Adaptations Service which is 2nd to none. We are proud to be able to provide tenants with major adaptations such as level access showers to tenants within 10 – 12 weeks of the original referral with an average referral rate of 20 cases per week requiring OT assessment. OT assessments are completed with 2 weeks of referral and all recommendations made within 48hrs. We are able to provide a range of equipment, adaptations and housing options and advice as well as advice on health and social care.

The Occupational Therapy Partnership has been providing Occupational Therapy and associated Social Care Services in Enfield for 20 years. We provide full functional Occupational Therapy Assessments for Adults and Children and are specialists in Housing Adaptation Design. We also provide full manual handling risk assessments; recommend all manor of assistive equipment; housing needs assessments; support planning services; reablement services; support planning and much more.

The Occupational Therapy Partnership has previously provided Occupational Therapy Assessments and recommendations for major housing adaptations and other housing needs via LBWF’s Home Improvement Agency (currently Metropolitan) that manages Disabled Facilities Grants in private, council and housing association properties
