Access Auditing

The Occupational Therapy Partnership can offer a full Access Auditing Consultancy.

The purpose of an Access Audit is to establish how well a building performs in relation to access and ease of use by a wide range of potential users, including people with physical mobility, mental health, neurodiversity and sensory impairments. The OT Partnership can audit any building; estate or design scheme for new build property.

The Disability Discrimination Act, BS8300 and Part M of the Building Regulations require Organisations to make reasonable adjustments to building to allow for access and along side auditing to establish legal compliance the OTP will recommend a full range of access solutions to over come these problems.
